1. Definitions
1.1 "Company" refers to NeuroGrowth AI, operating in the Nordics. Based in Estonia
1.2 "User" refers to any person accessing or using our services.
1.3 "Services" refer to AI-powered clinic growth solutions provided by NeuroGrowth AI.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Service Description
3.1 NeuroGrowth AI provides AI-powered marketing and patient acquisition solutions for clinics.
3.2 Our services include automation, AI-driven marketing strategies, and patient booking optimization.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
4.1 Users agree to pay the fees associated with their selected service plan.
4.2 Payments must be made in full before services commence.
4.3 We guarantee €40,000 in new patient revenue within four months or the user receives a refund based on the agreed terms, normally only on retainers.
4.4 Refunds are only applicable if the user has fully implemented the system according to our instructions.
4.5 Partial refunds may be offered based on performance outcomes.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information required for service setup.
5.2 Users agree to actively participate in the AI growth process, including onboarding and communication.
5.3 Users must ensure compliance with all local regulations and GDPR when handling patient data.
6. Data Privacy and Compliance
6.1 NeuroGrowth AI operates in compliance with GDPR and Finnish data protection laws.
6.2 We do not process, store, or access patient health data.
6.3 We only facilitate marketing and appointment scheduling.
6.4 Users are responsible for ensuring that any patient data collected through our system complies with local privacy regulations.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 NeuroGrowth AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
7.2 We do not guarantee specific medical or financial results beyond the stated revenue growth guarantee.
7.3 Users assume full responsibility for implementing and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
8. Termination of Services
8.1 NeuroGrowth AI reserves the right to terminate services if a user violates these terms.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 NeuroGrowth AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
